>Onza white Porcupines
Someone may still be making white mtb tyres, but the thing about white Onza Porcupine's was that they were white for a reason. To look cool! Well, yes, but also to distinguish them from other tyres. They were made from a rubber compound so soft you could brake and leave a white line behind you on tarmac, which is pretty cool and extremely grippy but utterly impractical as they had a life expectancy of about four decent rides (two if you kept doing the skidding thing).
