| Once upon a time, mountain bikes didn't have suspension forks. Yes, all you under-20's, it's true. So spare a thought for us crumblies as you check out the Girvin Flexstem. Think of a regular stem, cut in half and jointed in the middle. Then stick an elastomer in between, and hey presto- about 10mm of super-plush 'travel'. Ok, so it's not an 8" DH fork but it did do a good job of soaking up the worst of the trail buzz. And we're all a lot harder for it. | |||
